After the overwhelming response to our first myUNIVERSE collection, we anticipate high demand for our myUNIVERSE 2025 Collection. To ensure no ARMYs miss out and to secure enough stock, we'll be proceeding with pre-orders for this project.
Given the custom nature of our binders, production costs are high. We never compromise on quality, and our commitment to delivering the best for collectors comes at a higher cost—one we are willingly to bear as a small business. Ultimately, pre-orders are vital to making a project of this scale feasible.
We've reviewed our pre-order process, learning from past mistakes to ensure we can offer the best customer experience possible. For myUNIVERSE 2025 Collection Pre-Orders, we'll be trialling a new system with the introduction of Early Bird Tickets and Pre-Orders.

Early Bird Tickets allow collectors to show their support for the project. By registering, you’re expressing your intent to pre-order the product (with no financial obligation).
Registrations* will be be done via Prism Platinum AU/WW & USA Shop and open for 48 hours only. After which we’ll assess if we have enough supporters to meet the threshold needed to proceed.

- Once the Early Bird Registration period ends, we’ll assess if we have enough supporters for the project. If the threshold has been met, all participants will be issued an exclusive Early Bird Ticket via email.
- As an Early Bird Ticket holder, you'll unlock exclusive perks including:

- Access the password-protected Early Bird Pre-Order Sale to secure your binder before General Pre-Orders start.
If there is sufficient demand based on the Early Bird registrations, we will proceed with two stages of pre-order sales.

To compensate for this, we’ll be offering a discount code for 50% off all in-stock pocket-pages to all customers who place a pre-order for the myUNIVERSE 2025 Collection. The code will be sent after the Pre-Order Sale ends and can be used at any time thereafter.
The code can only be used in one transaction, but there’s no limit on the number of pocket pages it can apply to.
A4 Order Limits
Due to the oversize nature of A4 myUNIVERSE PART II Binders, an order limit of 2 x SINGLE BINDERS or1 x DUO EDITION BINDER per order will be enforced for all pre-orders to ensure safety during transit.

Will there be a pre-order sale available on the EU online store?
Due to issues outside of our control, our EU store remains closed until further notice. As a result, the pre-order sale will only be available on our AUS/WW shop (prismplatinum.com) and USA store (prismplatinum.us).
I am based in Canada can I place a pre-order?
We will be accepting pre-orders from Canada-based customers. We anticipate the Canada Post will resume shipping parcels from Australia to Canada by June when the myUNIVERSE binders arrive to our warehouse.
Please note any in-stock orders placed by Canada-based customers during our myUNIVERSE Pre-Order will be cancelled. We are still waiting for an update from Australia Post on when we can start shipping to Canada again.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We do offer cancellation on pre-orders. We are UNABLE to amend any pre-orders placed. If you have ordered the incorrect items (additional or missing items) you will need to cancel your order and place a new order with the correct items. By cancelling your order you accept that stock may be exhausted during the pre-order period and you may miss out.
1. First-Time Cancellation
- You may cancel your Pre-Order at any time for the first time without providing a reason.
- A full refund will be issued with no penalty or fees.
2. Subsequent Cancellations
- For cancellations after the first, refunds will only be approved in exceptional circumstances at Prism Platinum's discretion.
- A 20% fee (inclusive of shipping) will apply to cover transaction and restocking costs.
3. During the Pre-Order Period
- If you cancel during the Pre-Order period, please expect delays in processing due to high volumes of orders and inquiries.
- Refunds may take 1-2 business days to process by our team and 1-2 business days days to come back through to your original payment method. This may be longer depending on your bank merchant.
- Important: Avoid waiting for the refund to place a new order, as delays may affect availability.
4. Early Bird Pre-Orders
- If you cancel during the Early Bird Pre-Order period, we cannot re-issue a new Early Bird ticket.
5. After the Pre-Order Period
Cancelling after the Pre-Order period means forfeiting all discounts and Pre-Order benefits.
If you wish to reorder, you must wait for the in-stock sale and pay the full price.

Please note we anticipate an influx of tickets to come through during or pre-order and cannot guarantee we can attend to your order in time before stock is exhausted for early bird pre-orders. Please ensure you triple check your order at the checkout to avoid missing out.
I will be moving, can I change my address later on?
Yes, we can update your address for you. Please let us know as soon as you can. We are UNABLE to amend the address once your pre-order has been packed and shipped. Please send an email to support@prismplatinum.com with your order number and the updated address.

Please note: Prism Platinum will not be responsible for misdelivery of your preorder if the incorrect address was supplied.
What payment options are accepted during pre-orders?
For pre-orders, we are only able to accept Debit/Credit Card payments only.
We cannot accept PayPal or BNPL payment methods as pre-orders go against their terms and conditions. Please ensure you have the available payment options set up to avoid disappointment when pre-orders go live.
Is this a limited edition collection?
There are plans to restock the myUNIVERSE 2025 Collection but dates are not confirmed. To avoid missing out, we highly recommend securing a binder during our pre-order sale.
How long will pre-orders be open for?
Early Bird Ticket registrations will determine which designs go into production. We will only proceed with pre-orders if there is sufficient demand.
There will be two pre-order sales running for the myUNIVERSE 2025 Collection:
- The Early Bird Pre-Order Sale will start on 18 January 2025 for 48 hours only. This will be a password-protected sale and can only be accessed by Early Bird Ticket holders who registered on 14 January 2025.
- The General Pre-Order Sale will start on 21 January 2025 until 28 January 2025 or until pre-order stock has been alloctated (which ever comes first)
Can I add in-stock items to my pre-order?
Unfortunately, pre-orders cannot be combined with in-stock items in the same transaction. This means in-stock items, such as custom A5 and A4 pocket pages and sleeves, must be purchased separately from the myUNIVERSE 2025 Collection.

Will the collection be available to shop in-stock?
In-stock will be available but no dates are confirmed at this stage.
To secure a binder and avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing a pre-order to instead of relying on the in-stock sale. The in-stock myUNIVERSE binders will also be sold at full price.
Can you lower the value of my order to waive tax?
We are unable to mark your order as gift or amend any values for custom purposes
Will there be an order limit applied to pre-orders?
Due to the oversize nature of A4 myCOLLECTION binders, an order limit of 2 x SINGLE BINDERS or 1 x DUO EDITION BINDER per order has been enforced to ensure safety during transit. You'll need to place multiple orders if you wish to purchase more than this limit.
There are no limits on our A5 myUNIVERSE Binders and they can be purchased with the A4 myUNIVERSE binders. Please note standard overall weight limits for orders will apply.
Are these the same size and colour as the first myUNIVERSE binder from 2023?
All binders featured in the myUNIVERSE 2025 Collection will be a different shade from the original A5 myUNIVERSE binder we released in 2023. This is due to an upgrade in the material for better light and heat resistance that lends the binders to a slightly different shade of purple.
The A5 myUNIVERSE 2025 binders are the same height as the original A5 myUNIVERSE binder without the dust-proof case.
