We have been recently notified that Storm Blair is causing severe weather across Ohio. Due to the severity of Storm Blair, our US based fulfilment center has made the decision to close its operations as of January 7th to ensure the safety of their staff.
As a result, please expect delays with the dispatch of our orders in the following days. A number of carrier partners have advised that there may be delays to collections because of the snow and ice. The extent of these delays will depend on the severity of the storm as it evolves.
We are monitoring the situation and in close contact with the fulfilment center regarding their operations. If conditions worsen, closures may be extended. We will inform you immediately of any changes that could cause additional delays.
Ensuring the safety of our staff is our top priority, and we are also committed to securely packaging and dispatching your orders as soon as conditions improve. Unfortunately, these delays are due to circumstances beyond our control, and we kindly ask for your understanding as we navigate this situation.
Please note that our shop will remain open, and we are continuing to accept orders. All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as it is safe to resume operations.
