Do you ship to Canada?
We were informed on 28th November from our Fulfillment team that due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada. As a result, all services excluding International Courier (available at Retail stores only) to and from Canada will be temporarily suspended as of 27 November 2024.
In light of this news, we’re incredibly sorry to share that we will not be able to process any orders from customers based in Canada at this time. Due to the short notice, we will not be able to offer other courier options in time for the scheduled Black Friday Sale tonight. Please know that we are already in the process of investigating the issue to ensure we can resume shipping orders again to our customers in Canada.We will strive to keep everyone informed with the latest updates as the situation unfolds. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding with us during this time, and once again I just want to say that we’re really sorry for the inconvenience this situation has caused.

Which items will be eligible for the promotion?
The Black Friday Sale is applicable sitewide, excluding Gift Cards. Please note that order limits with our A4 myCOLLECTION binders will still be enforced during this sale.
What are the A4 myCOLLECTION Binder limits?
A limit of 2 single A4 binders OR 1 duo A4 binder per order still applies.
How do I apply the discount?
Your cart will automatically apply the discount as long as you meet the sale conditions. No discount code is required!
Will I be able to amend or cancel my order?
Due to the high volume of orders we anticipate during the Black Friday Sale, all sales are final. No amendments or cancellations will be accepted once payment is processed. Please carerfully review your order before completing the purchase.
Are returns allowed for items purchased during the sale?
Due to the high volume of orders we anticipate during the Black Friday Sale, all sales will final and no returns will be accepted. Please review your order before completing the purchase.
Our Replacement and Compensation Policy will still apply to all orders placed during the Black Friday Sale. If you receive any damaged or defective goods, you may be eligible for replacement or compensation.
For insured package protection, we highly recommend purchasing Route Protection at check-out to protect your order in cases of loss, damage, or theft.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Due to the high volume of orders we anticipate during the Black Friday Sale, there may be delays in dispatch. We aim to have all orders fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. However, we would appreciate your ongoing patience with us during this time as there may be additional delays impacting the delivery of your orders due to the busy holiday season.
Can additional discount or promo codes be used during this sale?
Unfortunately, pre-existing discount or promo codes cannot be applied in conjunction with our Black Friday Sale (e.g. BUNDLE and CUSTOM codes)
However, you can still enjoy savings with valid Gift Cards and Store Credit! (Hint: This is the best time of the year to use all your hard-earned Store Credit)
I just placed an order and missed out on the promotion!
Unfortunately, the Black Friday Sale is strictly valid only for orders placed during the sale period. The promotion WILL NOT be applicable or redeemable to any orders made outside of this timeframe.
